Pet Friendly: One small dog (under 50 lbs) allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please register your pet with us after booking.
Note: A minimum 30-day stay is required by the HOA.
A short application and background check are mandatory to stay at Sea Colony, accompanied by a $21 fee. Guests will receive an email from DocuSign approximately 30-45 days prior to their reservation to complete the necessary HOA paperwork.
**Important Notice:
Notification of Pool Closure: The HOA is scheduling pool maintenance to commence in late November, anticipated to last approximately 2-3 months. Regrettably, this requires the pool's closure during this period. To minimize disruption, we recommend utilizing nearby pool facilities: Palm Coast Aquatics Center and Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Club

HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.
Cleanliness: Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay to make check-out easier.
Accidental Damage: In case of any accidental damage, we’ll assess the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.
Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (4) at any time.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $245 additional cleaning charge.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.
Service: This is a short-term vacation rental, not a hotel. No daily cleaning or laundry services provided. If you wish to arrange additional cleaning services, please contact management.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, contact us for clarification to avoid any misunderstandings. These rules are grounds for eviction without refund and may affect our ability to offer the home for future guests, exposing you to liability.

Canal/Swimming Advisory:
We strongly advise against swimming in the canal as there is no lifeguard on duty at any time. If you choose to swim in the canal or the swimming pool, you do so at your own risk. By swimming, you agree to hold the homeowner and property management company harmless from any injury you may incur.
