The Space:
This luxurious beach house is not your typical vacation home! Literally steps away from an expansive white sandy beach, this beachfront home offers exclusive access to a private beach completely closed to any public access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, children’s toys and beach games are provided for your fun and convenience! With soaring two story ceilings, two primary bedrooms, converting couches and a kids bedroom complete with four bunk beds and cots, this home is the perfect place to bring both friends and family; it can comfortably accommodate 1-3 families! Even the massive wood dining table can seat up to 10 people. Deluxe features such as expansive kitchen with granite counters and a large island, and top of the line appliances, provide the finishing touches to make this vacation home a truly luxurious experience. The main floor library/gaming center or the massive well furnished second floor balcony provide the perfect place to wind down after a fun day at the beach. Large plasma TVs, complete with free streaming sites and a selection of exciting games for the Wii gaming console, provide hours of entertainment for children and adults alike. If you’d like to relax with a view, grab a drink and lounge on the plush couches and chairs provided on the top floor balcony. Enjoy the sounds of the breaking waves and tropical birds as you tan in the bright Florida sun or count the expansive star filled sky, uninterrupted by light pollution, wrapped in the arms of those you love. A fenced in backyard complete with a screened in couch filled patio, a 72 jet-filled hot tub and a open stone fire pit on the outdoor patio provides endless fun and amusement for the whole family! Don’t forget to bring your furry family members as this closed yard is the perfect place for your playful pups to run around! This is a very spacious house, which can accommodate many family members and give enough privacy to all. We have a large screened and covered porch with dining table and couches with chairs to enjoy evening conversations. Upstairs deck has couches and chairs to watch sunrise over the ocean and enjoy beautiful ocean views. Hot tub is available Pets are welcome with $100 per pet fee. Please let us know if you would like to bring your furry friend(s) and we will add them to your reservation.

Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
 
We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a BBQ grill which is located in the Garage.           .
Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. 
Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi   

 

Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room 
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!

We recommend coming by car. Uber service is available upon request.

Other Things to Note:
Please do not climb the dunes outside of the designated areas! Please watch for our turtles safely nesting on the beach!
