Sunset Bay boasts a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom that features a beautiful Roman tub and a walk-in shower, providing a luxurious escape within your own home. The master bedroom has wall-to-floor sliding doors that conveniently access the pool and canal area. Guest bedrooms include two with queen-size beds and smart TVs, while the fourth bedroom features twin bunk beds, sleeping 4 and offering a private bathroom for convenience and privacy.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Car is definitely recommended. Lots of biking trails in the area.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
