"When I checked in the lobby was noisy and the music was loud making it hard to hear the check-in clerk. When I entered the room there was a very strong chemical odor. I also noticed there was no shower curtain or rod in the bathroom, the door to the room would not self close/lock, and the thermostat was not working. "We stayed here a few weeks ago. The location is perfect. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and there are shops and nice restaurants (we highly recommend Das Pizza) within walking distance as well (a little less than a mile probably). This place was a studio apartment that was basically a place to sleep and shower. There were no couch or chairs in the main living room. So if we wanted to sit and watch tv we had to lay in bed.
