This is our home (not a townhouse like the others )away from home located in PGA National Resort Home of the PGA Tours newest Cognizant Classic. CHECK AVAILABILITY OF SUV RENTAL AS WELL. We are not big corporate managed hosts. This is myself and my wife's dream house . Absolute and meticulous care is taken. Spacious inside and the outdoor is even more comfortable. Our home was updated with gourmet chefs kitchen. There is a heated salt pool and outdoor BBQ and seating area .Best sunset view in neighborhood Golf view on PGA course and water view. Amazing sunsets from Master suite balcony. Spa tub in Master bedroom Gated community close to Restaurants and shopping . Desk with printer for business use . Minutes away from 5-star rated Juno Beach. Parking in garage available. My wife Wendy and I aim to offer an unforgettable experience in a home setting. GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES are available to extended time renters and is not included in rental amount. Inquire for Membership transfer dues. You would have access to golf ,tennis and pool area as well with membership

Love this house!!!
We came to Palm Beach Gardens for a family reunion and Mark and Wendy’s home was just perfect! It’s situated on the Fazio golf course and the pool and deck are the perfect spots for watching the golfers play! The kitchen is huge and the dining room is perfect for family game nights! And the beds are beyond comfy!! We highly recommend this for your Palm Beach Gardens vacation!

We loved the house. It was clean and modern, photos are accurate. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and worked out perfect for our family to travel for a junior golf tournament at PGA. The house had everything we needed and we will be back in a few months!

What a beautiful place!

Great house in a great location
We’ve rented many properties in the USA and Europe and this is right up there amongst the best of them. Mark and Wendy are very proud, proactive and responsive owners of their property in Palm Beach Gardens. The house is like a home from home, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants close by and within easy reach If you are a golfer, you can lie by the pool and watch players on the Favio course at the PGA National. Mark even gave us his two tickets for one of the practice days for the 2024 Cognizant Classic ! Neighbourhood is very quiet and also sits within security gates for added peace of mind. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Wendy’s house to anyone thinking of renting in this area

I would highly recommend this property! Beautiful view of the golf course and water fountain, pool in the back, and close proximity to the PGA National Resort. Was in town for work and worked great for the 4 of us to stay! Can’t say enough good things about the owner and how great the communication was before and during the stay!

This was the perfect house for our family get together with our adult daughter and son and his wife and two year old son. Spacious, comfortable, lovely furnishings, beautiful well equipped kitchen and large pool with everything there to enjoy the house and area. We were running a golf tournament at PGA National and had the opportunity to have the staff stay together at a house. The house was perfect for what we needed.
