Perfect getaway
Loved our stay, we had some issues. A full mop bucket was left in the livingroom, tools left on dining table, but the owner was quick to resolve. We would have liked to have family over for a BBQ but the house indicated no parties.(didnt want to.takw thw chance that would have been considered a.party, wantws to be respectful)

Wonderful Home Near the Beach
The was a wonderful home to stay in. Everything was clean, well updated, and of good quality. The house was perfect for a family with great safety features. The pool was great and so was the playground. The beds and couch were very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect House for us! Pool was nice, rooms were nice! We had a great time! was easy to clean afterwards and rules weren’t too crazy strict. Definitely choose this place if you’re looking in this area! Really great neighborhood as well close to stores!

The location of this house was the best thing about it. If you’re looking to stay near a lot of shops and restaurant, this place is for you! The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Things that could have been better would include cleanliness. When we walked in, there was an odd smell. Like maybe the owners had a cat because it smelled like cat litter. There were 5 people staying in the house. We were given 5 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. There was a trundle bed in the bunk room but no extra sheets or blankets in the house. Overall, I don’t know that we would rent this particular house again.

Decent house , but wish it had more daily essentials. Only one wash cloth, one roll of toilet paper, and paper towels. All closets were locked, bathrooms were not vaccinated. Pool was not really heated like the listing said. Things were outdated.

Great central location and comfortable home.
We enjoyed our stay and found this home to be very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved swimming in the pool and the outdoor playset. Good place if you want to be in central Palm Bay. Safe neighborhood. Would recommend this home and would stay here again when visiting Palm Bay.

This was our second time at this property and looking forward to next time. House was as described. Having the pool and lots of pool towels available made it even better. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a high chair, some toys and a swing set for the kids were pluses. Owner was easy to reach and replied immediately.

Me and 4 of my friends rented this place for our Florida vacation and absolutely loved it. All the little details Jenny had thought of did not go unnoticed, she was super prompt with responding and her house was fantastic. The host for this property has accurately represented the house on VRBO. Well appointed bedrooms and lounge. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, and all the other things required to create meals. Refrigerator was clean and very large to place our purchases. The property is located a short distance from shops, restaurants and with easy access to the highway. The host responded to queries that we had in a very timely manner and with accurate information. Would highly recommend this property to those seeking a high quality house suitable for 4 adults in the Melbourne / Palm Bay area.
