Comfortably furnished, small, private apt. in a great location overlooking the Indian River. Hi-Speed WiFi. Smart TV with free channels and apps, but NO CABLE. Mac 2 guests.. Busy street but quiet inside. Shared backyards Self check in with Lockbox after 4 pm. Check out by 11 am.

This is a small, affordable place to stay. Queen bed plus leather loveseat in the unit. The kitchenette has a full fridge with freezer, sink, and coffeemaker, but NO OVEN. There are 2 stools and a counter, and a table / desk for eating and working .

2 miles to Historic Downtown Melbourne, Holmes Regional Medical Center Harris, FIT, Northrup Grumman. 10 min to beach. 6 miles to Palm Bay Hospital and Melbourne Airport. 45 mins to Orlando Airport and Disney. Free on-site Parking for one car.

HOUSE RULES: 1) no smoking or pets on the property. 2) We LOVE the beaches, but please leave our towels and blankets at the apartment. 3) Please also wash off the sand from your feet at the spigot at the corner of the building instead of in the shower drains! Thank you! 4) Please No parking in handicapped space unless you have a placard. 5) quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.

This location is 1 block to beautiful Castaway Point Park, Turkey Creek Sanctuary and a Paradise Paddling, a Kayak Rental place. Monthly discounts available. Call with emergencies, questions or concerns. Enjoy your stay!

Delightful little place with good views of the river. The place has been recently updated. It has limited cooking facilities but that was not problem for me. There is a small park close by on the river with picnic areas, boardwalks and piers to fish from. Half a mile away I took a kayak tour with Paddling Paradise of Turkey Creek sanctuary. it was a wonderful way to see how Florida was 50 years ago... we saw dolphin, manatees, alligators, many turtles and beautiful birds. I was a very good stay!

My husband and I chose this place because it was perfectly priced for us and close to F.I.T(purpose for visit). Lee Ann responded quickly to messages I sent to her. My husband and I would stay here again during college visits after the fall start!

Great, clean place!
I was in Palm Bay to visit my son for a few days. This little rental was perfect, very homey, super clean, bed was comfortable. I worked on my laptop with a beautiful view of the Indian River, and enjoyed the backyard. Owner was very responsive. I’ll be back!

Small but very clean and comfortable with a great River view.
It’s as pictured. Small but very clean. The bed was super comfortable! It’s newly redone inside. It’s older looking on the outside but inside it’s beautiful. The shower is big and had great water pressure. We would stay here again for sure. You can’t beat the price !
