Comfortable apartment a few steps from the Politeama Theatre and the historic center of Palermo.

The apartment, located on the eighth floor of a modern building with an elevator, opens onto the living area, furnished with style and attention to detail, featuring a sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, a dining table and an access to a balcony overlooking the street. The independent kitchen with dining table is equipped with many cooking tools, including an oven, a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a clothes rack, the second one with a queen-size bed, a clothes rack and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal.

The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

Stinks, literally
The property is basically nice in all respects except one major problem: the sewer odor. I saw this in an earlier review and thought that any responsible owner or management company would have fixed it by now. Opening all the windows and door to the balcony helped.

Excelente ubicación con carencias
Mi familia y yo nos hemos alojado en esta casa, falta de comunicación con la propiedad, nos sentíamos huérfanos e información dias anteriores, la persona que hizo la entrada Jorge genial , muy simpático, Pasamos muchísimo calor , no funcionaba el aire acondicionado En esta época del año . Y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, sábanas limpias , pero polvo en el baño y en los muebles así como pelusas en el suelo, no había balleta para quitar el polvo q había .
