Excellent large house and a very short walk to the beach.

The house was a short walk to the beach with secure parking inside the property garden. Large house, air con brilliant with lots of space throughout. In a quiet street we enjoyed being able to live like a local! Fabio was there to meet us as agreed and we would thoroughly recommend the house.

Confort e vicinanza alla spiaggia.

Gentilezza e disponibilità del sig. Bellante e signora, casa con ampi spazi e confortevole dotata di spazio interno per il parcheggio altrimenti introvabile sulla strada, vicinissima alla spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. Ideale per famiglia con bambini.

Villa was just as described and comfortable enough for 7 people

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The home is ideally located three short blocks from the most beautiful beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The gated garden with parking is one of the best features due to the fact that street parking is almost impossible in the summer months. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to enjoy meals on the terrace. The owne Fabio was a great host and was kind enough to check in with us asking if there was anything that we needed. We highly recommend the property and will definitely want to stay there in the future. Good job Fabio.

Perfect for a large family.

Nice villa close to the beach. Mr Bellante is a very nice and helpfull landlord who helps you out if there is any problems under the stay.
