Located on the top floor of a renovated building, this apartment is situated in the lively piazzetta of the Capo market. Accessing the entrance requires climbing a few steps, which lead to a bright and welcoming living room/kitchen area, characterized by large windows overlooking a pedestrian street.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, bookshelf, and a dining table with chairs, separated from the kitchenette by an elegant wall.
From the living room, there is access to a spacious bedroom, also bright and equipped with a small balcony that overlooks a quiet street. A ladder leads to a loft, furnished with a desk and a pouf bed, which features a small window with a view of the terrace. Stairs in the living room lead to the terrace, adorned with vibrant decor including white and red striped curtains, red chairs, tiles on the concrete bench, and succulent plants. This outdoor space blends harmoniously into the market context, offering views of the rooftops and bell towers of Palermo.
* The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump in all rooms.
