Pretty studio of about 30 square meters is located on the ground floor of a characteristic period building located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Palermo, a few steps from the Cathedral. This area is full of restaurants of all kinds and places open until late where you can have dinner or simply have a drink with friends.

The house consists of a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed and a single folding bed, a wardrobe for personal effects, an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and complete lunches - stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster , electric kettle, moka, plates, cutlery, cups and goblets.

Bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer.

Other amenities available to guests: TV, fan, iron and ironing board, coat rack, baby cot on request

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

For check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the following:

EUR 15 from 21:30 to 23:00,
EUR 20 from 11.00pm and 12.00am
EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, even for a fee

Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
