The 60 m2 apartment is composed of a large living area (with sofa bed) with adjoining kitchenette, a bedroom, a small bedroom (with a queen size bed), w.c. with shower and a comfortable 25m2 terrace. Totally renovated, furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything you need. The building is located in the heart of Mondello. Everything is available just a few meters away: shuttle stop 87 which is free in summer and after 4 stops (about one km) leads to the various beaches of Mondello, pizzerias and restaurants, pharmacy, emergency medical service, bars, supermarkets, shopping centers. a large shopping center 4 km away. Mondello beach with its equipped beaches is easily reachable on foot. The apartment has multiple parking spaces for cars and motorbikes within the condominium space. Upon request, transfers to and from the airport are available (€30 for each transfer). Very confortable
Very nice little appartment fully equiped in a nice little place where you can find evrything you need. Warm welcome and honnest people. Very nice little terras.

Somewhat disappointing
I was rather disappointed in this property. There is NO DISHWASHER! Overall, the appartment could use a renovation. It's very clean, but worn out. The ironing board was a table model, which is OK for t-shirts, but for my dresses it was very unpractical. The shower was the tiniest I have ever seen, 60 cm square. The sofa was broken. Not everything was bad, when we mentioned the broken microwave and iron Cristina replaced them the following day. There is a really nice balcony, where you could sit all day, if you wanted to. The neighbourhood is not pretty, but it has a great collection of shops for your daily needs. I asked Cristina for a refund because of the missing dishwasher, but I didn't get any, because what did I need a dishwasher for anyway! We agreed though that the misinformation must be VRBO's fault, she was not trying to deceive us.

L'appartamento è davvero una bomboniera, all'altezza di qualsiasi aspettativa, ben attrezzato, situato in uno bellissimo contesto, in zona residenziale , arredato con gusto, curato nei minimi particolari. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio privato, di una bella terrazza con una splendida veduta. È vicino al mare ed è molto ben servito; a pochi metri si trovano negozi, ristoranti, bar, pizzerie e molte altre attività commerciali. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità . Adatto per giovani coppie ma anche a famiglie. lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

ho soggiornato con amici per un paio di settimane. la casa è provvista di tutto ed è molto ben curata; anche la posizione è comodissima. i proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili, si preoccupano di consigliare anche ottimi posti da visitare / ristoranti. consiglio assolutamente !

Appartamento da 10 e lode!!
la descrizione della casa rispecchia a pieno quello che effettivamente è la struttura. Dotata di ogni confort possibile. Ci sono due camere da letto con tutto il necessario, un bagno, una piccola cucina ma c'è tutto quello che serve e un salotto bello ampio con tavolo e due divani. Il punto forte è il terrazzo dove noi abbiamo fatto colazione e cena in piena tranquillità.. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata ottima..ci hanno fatto trovare frutta fresca e bibite in frigo. Ci hanno dato informazioni dettagliate su tutto quello che potevamo trovare in zona e su come poterci spostare al meglio. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che ci sembrava di stare a casa nostra!! Grazie Sig,ri Ronzi per il piacevolissimo soggiorno.

ottima struttura
la descrizione della casa riportata sul sito rispecchia a pieno quello che effettivamente è la struttura. casa comoda e accogliente con due stanze con tutti i confort per una vacanza. piccola cucina con tutto quello che serve. ampio soggiorno con due comodi divani (1 diventa un letto matrimoniale), terrazzo molto spazioso su cui è possibile pranzare o rilassarsi con le sdraio in dotazione, bagno piccolino ma con tutto quello che serve ben curato e pulito con comodo antibagno. struttura ottima e disponibilità dei titolari eccellente. nelle vicinanze vi è tutto da minimarket a pizzerie, ristoranti, farmacie ecc. dalla casa al mare la distanza è di 10 minuti a piedi e di 3 minuti in macchina. la struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. grazie ancora ai sig, ronzi per la vacanza

ottima esperienza a mondello
abbiamo soggiornato (3 amici) presso la casa dei sig. ronzi a mondello, la struttura era ottima sia per come disposta sia per pulizia e posizione rispetto al mare. i proprietari sono veramente disponibili e alla mano, ci hanno consigliato molti posti dove andare per provare piatti tipici e quali spiagge visitare lasciandoci delle stampe con le strade da seguire. oltre ad essere stati gentilissimi nel fornirci piccole attrezzature e qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno che al momento non era presente in casa. consiglierei questa struttura ad amici che desiderano fare una vacanza in questa zona. nelle immediate vicinanze della casa ci sono ristoranti, negozi, mini market, farmacia, guardia medica, ed altri negozi...in pratica c'è tutto quello che serve. consiglierei assolutamente la struttura e se dovessi tornare i n quella zona chiamerei per tornare in questa casa.

OTTIMA
Sono stato in questo appartamento ad inizio Luglio e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, spazioso e situato in un tranquillo mini-condominio con parcheggio privato per chi arrivasse con mezzi propri. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con navetta o con 15 min a piedi passeggiando tranquillamente, stanze climatizzate..insomma consigliatissimo!
