This property is a shared apartment, unfortunately the common area was smelling like cigarette and the trash bin that was there was full during our hole stay. We booked both of the rooms due to availability and price, but once we were only 2 of us the one room got locked by our host. Wifi is very good, there is an espresso maker, but no capsules in case you want to use it. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobes in case you plan to stay for long time. The bathroom is also very clean and new. No amenities offered except hand soap and shampoo. If you are not an italian speaker, you might face some difficulties communicating with the host. Marcelo, the person who did the check in for us, was super polite and nice. There is no much of parking space, so I recommend arrival on Sunday afternoon that not many people are on the road. In total the accommodation is good.

Muy lindo depto.
La habitación es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y decorado con buen gusto. Conviene avisar el horario de llegada con anticipación para que lleguen al lugar, ya que el encargado del edificio es bastante mala onda y poco educado. Salvo por eso, todo estuvo muy bien.
