"The design and interior was lovely. The place was a little dusty and was disappointed that i couldn't open the balcony shutters as it was locked with a chain. There was also some mildew in the shower. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close.
