LOVELY LOFT IN HISTORICAL CENTER

LOVELY LOFT is ideal for those who want a pied-a-land in town, a comfortable alcove for a couple or family with children, perfect for those who study or work, in a strategic position to visit the historic center of Palermo on foot and appreciate with "Comfortable" times include churches, historic buildings, theaters, markets and at the same time the lively nightlife: wine bars, restaurants and trattorias that offer great local cuisine.
The loft, located on the ground floor of an early 1900s fully restored building, internally renovated in 2006 with a modern and sparkling style, colorful walls and exposed beams. It has 1 bedroom on the large mezzanine, living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom; Is furnished and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, heat pumps, hairdryer, iron with boiler, washing machine, wireless internet.
Well furnished and with well equipped kitchen.
The loft is fun and colorful, modern and busy (it's on two levels), functional and well organized.
The neighborhood is very festive, a little Arabic, a bit Norman, featuring beautiful noble palaces and large gardens with sea view.

Very great modern studio in old city
We enjoyed our time staying at studio. The apartment was a central location to the various sites in the city and it felt like a comfortable oasis to come back after exploring during the day. We felt welcomed by Valeria. She spent many time with us making recommendations for various restaurants in the area and giving us tips for our visit. We would recommend staying here. Thanks a lot Valeria, we shall return next february Karen

Soggiorno indimenticabile!
Nella splendida cornice di Piazza Kalza abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni indimenticabili. Un grazie speciale a Valeria per la sua calorosa accoglienza. Coccolati in un grazioso e confortevole appartamento abbiamo trovato le condizioni ideali per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza, immersi nei colori, nei sapori e nelle bellezze della magica Palermo. Bellissimo apartamento nel centro di Palermo
E' bellissimo appartamento nel Kalsa, un posto centrissimo, Due camere di letto e un salone e cucina, tutti con arredamento con stilo. Ci sono anche pitture sui muri. Le stanze hanno altezza di 5 metri poi ti senti come saresti nel palazzo vero! Valeria e' molto gentile e ci ha spiegato tutti buoni ristoranti e posti dove vale la pena visitare. Solo qualche passi dall'appartamento e' una museo, galleria regionale di Sicilia dove puoi vedere l'Annunziata di Antonella da Messina. Allora tutto vicino, anche piazza Marina con bel parco e ristoranti intorno - e Carrefour. Vi raccomandano veramente quest'appartamento!

...per chi vuole vivere la palermo più vera fatta di profumi e calorisità sicula, di sapori e di cultura, di atmosfere magiche e di galanti apprezzamenti, consiglio vivamente questo appartamentino, ben organizzato ed attrezzato, nel pieno cuore della "kalsa", a due passi dal centro a un passo da ottime trattorie di pesce. la disponibilità e la simpatia dei proprietari, sono il valore aggiunto di questa casa!!grazie anche a voi x questo piacevolissimo soggiorno...:-)

So cosy and confortable!
We were 2 couple of friends, each couple has is intimity, the loft is very well organised for 4 persons! Valeria is a great great host, she gaves us a lot of informations, advices, and a map of Palermo!!! Our stay in this loft was wonderful! Thank you Valeria!

Wonderful studio in a great area of Palermo!
This is a wonderful studio in a great area of Palermo. Because of the split level, it feels much bigger than you'd expect, and it's nice to have that extra space to stretch out after a long day. The Kalfa area has plenty of cafes and restaurants and it's so close to Piazza Marina, the Botanical Gardens, and the center of town. We walked everywhere. Valeria was an exceptional host. She was very responsive to any emails we wrote in the lead up to our stay in Palermo, and on our arrival she gave us lots of tips on where to eat, what to see, etc. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a trip to Palermo. Thanks Valeria!
