Modern and cozy design apartment in the neighbourhood of Kalsa, a few steps away from the major tourist attractions.
The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with no lift, has been recently renovated by an architect that made the best out of the small space. Stepping inside, guests will access a welcoming living area with wooden floor, furnished with a double sofa bed, a workstation, design bookshelves, in addition to a dining area. Behind this space there is a well-equipped kitchen fitted also with an oven and a microwave. The mezzanine floor houses the sleeping area with a queen-size futon and a built-in wardrobe. The small balcony overlooks the remains of ancient buildings and is the ideal spot for reading or sipping a local wine. A practical full bathroom with shower completes the property, in addition to comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
*The staircase leading to the mezzanine do not come with railings, therefore the loft is not suitable for children and youths aged less than 16 years.
*The property building is currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day.
