Vacanza a Mondello

Mondello è un angolo della Sicilia delizioso, comodo per recarsi a Palermo con i mezzi pubblici (806), per gli amanti della corsa c'è un bel percorso da fare sotto il monte "Gallo" che costeggia il mare. L'alloggio è in una posizione strategica, pulito, confortevole per un nucleo familiare di 4 persone. Una bella vista sulla piazza principale e sul golfo. Il signor Giuseppe è stato gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza che si è presentata (in primis per il trasferimento dall'aereoporto per chi ne avesse bisogno). Consiglio a tutti di andare a Mondello e alloggiare dal Sig. Giuseppe (un saluto alla mamma....). Gian Franco F.

UNA VACANZA CHE LASCIA IL SEGNO

"L'Italia senza la Sicilia non lascia immagine alcuna nello spirito. Qui è la chiave di ogni cosa". A distanza di più di due secoli, la nota affermazione di Goethe, turista in Sicilia, può trovare una singolare applicazione: "Mondello dona a Palermo ciò che la Sicilia per Goethe offriva all'Italia". Si tratta di una dimensione dello spirito. Vedere Mondello fa bene sia al corpo che all'anima. E inoltre aiuta a conoscere, capire e approfondire Palermo e la sua gente. Azione resa più feconda se ciò avviene da un punto di osservazione privilegiato. Per questa ragione la casa vacanza in oggetto, sita nella piazzetta di Mondello, a pochi metri dal mare, con la sua felice location, si presenta come una condizione decisiva per poter vivere un tempo di reale relax. L'appartamento è ospitale, accogliente, spazioso e dotato di tutti i servizi. Chi vuol pranzare o cenare in casa ha a disposizione una cucina perfettamente funzionante, ma se invece si vuol mangiare fuori c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta perchè la casa si trova vicina a tanti centri di ristorazione (ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, panifici ...). Anche l'anima ha il suo cibo, a pochi passi dalla casa c'è infatti la Parrocchia di San Girolamo. Tornando alla casa, possiamo aggiungere che è fornita di riscaldamento autonomo, timer regolabile alla temperatura che si vuole, TV con decoder SKY, ecc.. L'immobile è pulito e in buono stato e la professionalità e la serietà del proprietario costituiscono un valore aggiunto a quanto si è fin qui detto per la casa. Un'esperienza di vacanza davvero bella ed entusiasmante che non solo consiglierei a tutti ma la suggerirei anche in ogni periodo dell''anno. Non solo nel periodo estivo, dove ci si sente davvero al centro del "mondo", ma anche in altre stagioni, quando il caldo è meno opprimente ma non per questo meno salutare. Dal balcone dell'appartamento, in estate ci si sente come su un palco dal quale è possibile ammirare lo spettacolo che offrono mare e paesaggio e anche l'andirivieni di migliaia di persone che affollano la piazza sempre in festa e sempre illuminata. D'inverno, invece, è luogo dal quale attendere il sole che spunta dal mare, accompagnato dal dolce profumo della brezza e dal canto dei gabbiani. Insomma per un viaggio che ristori corpo e anima, mente e cuore questa casa è davvero l'ideale.

"La vista è eccezionale e...

"La vista è eccezionale ed unica, la pulizia eccellente e lo stesso l''accoglienza e la cortesia. Lo consiglierei senza alcun dubbio, soprattutto a chi ama le location particolari e caratteristiche.La posizione a pochi metri dal mare, insieme alla vicinanza al centro della città, rende inoltre la casa adatta a diverse tipologie di avventori, dai singles alle famiglie con bambini."

"Ho passato una settimana...

"Ho passato una settimana bellissima e confortevole . Attrezzature e Appartamento puliti e piu che sodisfacente per due adulti o piu ,il terrazzino sul retro che si mantiene sempre fresco anque quando le temperature sono da trovarsi in mare (a pochi passi e spiaggia libera) resta una alternativa da non sottovalutare L''appartamento dispone di tutte le comodita necessarie si puo facilmente preparare un pranzetto e passare una giornata piacevole. Affaciandosi sul balcone si gode di una vista sul golfo di MONDELLO che non ha prezzo.Sul fondo monte PELLEGRINO e giu dal balcone piazza MONDELLO con il suo folclore e sempre in attivita dove si puo notare che tutto cio che si a di bisogno si trova sottomano fino a tarda sera (negozzi,farmacia,ristoranti,snak ect..) inoltre per prolungare il wk sulla costa in serata si svolgono delle animazioni Avrei altri lati positivi da descrivere ma lascio un poco da scoprire UN grazie al PROPIETARIO e spero a presto a MONDELLO BARRALE GIOVANNI"
