Schöne Wohnung, aber…
Super schöne Wohnung. alles tip top sauber ABER in der Wohnung darüber war ein Wasserschaden, wodurch beide Bäder stark in Mitleidenschaft (Schimmelbildung, Deckenschaden, bröckelnder Putz) gezogen wurden. Gute Lage. Zentrum Flussläufig erreichbar. Parksituation möglich aber schwierig.
