"We were two friends, we book there separately for the shared dormitory room. When we reach there the receptionist denied to give us space in the same room saying you booked separately so i can’t do any thing for you as its all full. So they put us there in two different shared dormitory rooms."

You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."

"Wouldn't let us check-in as it was past 8PM, this couldn't be helped as our flight was delayed but no sympathy or consideration was taken by the hotel. The Hotel was pre-paid and they would not refund the money."
