"Staff were very courteous, cooperative and accommodating. Lyca, Malou, Janice and Rosemarie were very helpful and professionals. Inn was average, going up and down was quite dangerous especially for seniors like us because it is steep and slippery as water drips down due to cleaning of motorcycles on the road above. I suggested to one of the staff for the management to place side hand-rails or side stairs. As well, room doors are fragile and have no double lock which could easily be kicked and...

"Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

"This is small and gorgeous. If you want to hang out and relax this is the place to be. The staff are fabulous. As soon as we pushed our luggage out of the door of our accommodation staff nearby rushed over to take it for us; they are attentive and very helpful. "This was absolute disaster as we couldnt get there by car and we ended up in the middle of nowhere still waiting for a refund as we had to sleep in our car and never did get to the place wasnt accesble by car at all wouldnt ever recomend thos place should be taken off Expedia as this is a tottal trap !!!!! "I liked the fact it was close to a beach i like the fact they had massage at resort to and manager was really nice as well. I disliked that bugs would come in my room sometimes, disliked the location cause road is in terrible shape definitely needs fixing, disliked that ac and fan would never be on consistently and i knkw black outs are common in pslawan so im not blaming resort for that thsts beyond their control, dislike fact staffs english was limited and so was menu of food to at times...

For this reason, prices are really too high. They charge everything and the prices are too high since there are not taxi or tricycle or restaurant. There is no internet in the hotel, even if they say that there is. They have some tours, twice the price of coron. Never again, wasted money. "

"The outside of this place was terrifying on arrival. Inside was much better. It appears to still be under construction on the upper floor and the outside reflects this. Staff were lovely and friendly but hard to find. The room was comfortable. Beware no toilet paper."

"We (a family of 8) had a really lovely stay at TAG Resort. Although it's not in town, it was still only a 10min tricycle ride away and was nice to come back to a quieter resort to relax. Having multiple dining options on site was great and convenient, especially when travelling with kids. There were many options available at the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evening for a drink and treat/shake for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff were very approachable and friendly and whenever we asked for room supplies, they would respond immediately. We all felt very safe, welcome and relaxed here at the resort and would love to stay again!"
