"- Nice views, nice room, quiet, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts. - the temp caretaker and his wife were wonderful and delicious breakfasts were provided. -- A more accurate location of the GH needs to be provided - it is on the lower slopes of the town's suburbs; thus, if you don't have a car, it's a very steep and sweaty 30 minute climb to the centre of Kodai and the lake. No taxis or buses nearby, no restaurants nearby either."

"One of the best hotel in Tamil Nādu. Their service and friendly environment is equal to European or American hotels. Caring and friendly Staff at the front desk are excellent. So far I have recommended this hotel to two of my friends who will be traveling in the coming months. They are going to open up their restaurant next month. I will go back again soon to enjoy their food. Thanks so much guys for your excellent work."

"It was a worst experience staying in Lumino, I was charged extra than the money I paid online. But paying that also it was a worst experience. Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience "

Life in the clouds

"Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day."
