Es una finca en una zona rural, únicamente tiene un vecino cerca de la propiedad, la casa tiene una superficie de 240 m2. tiene una gran cocina totalmente nueva, zona barbacoa y terrazas. Dispone de 4 dormitorios, 2 en suite, mas otro de 2 camas y el ultimo con 2 camas nido, por lo que se convierte en un dormitorio cuádruple. El exterior tiene unos 3000 m2, un grandioso jardin, una gran piscina, jacuzzi de agua caliente, ducha exterior con agua caliente y fria,

en el jardin hay un porche al lado de la piscina, amueblado con zona sofas y mesas y sillas, hamacas, y todo lo necesario para el relax y la diversión de toda la familia. hay zona infantil, cama elástica, diana, ping-pong, juegos de raquetas, etc

Yo estoy disponible las 24 horas,para cualquier urgencia o por teléfono como por whasap.

Igualmente estoy disponible para ayudarles, aconsejarles sobre lo mas interesante de la zono, o lo que puedan necesitar. ( canguros, restaurantes, medicos, etc)

La finca esta situada en el termino municipal de Llofriu,a unos 5 km de las mejores playas de la costa brava ( Begur, Sa Riera, Calella, Llafranc),a 1´5 km de un gran supermercado, y cerca de todos los servicios que se puedan necesitar.

En la zona donde se encuentra la finca, es imprescindible vehículo propio,el transporte publico mas cercano esta a 2,5 km.
