The house is located in a coastal town along the Mediterranean Sea- Calella de Palafrugell. In a privileged environment, with fantastic sea views. The house has a privileged situation, located in a mountain environment surrounded by pine trees and the sea just 2 minutes walk from El Golfet beach. The typical landscape that has become world famous on the Costa Brava.

The house, is modern, spacious, bright and comfortable, is really a summer house. On the ground floor, dining room, living room with sea views, 1 bathroom, garden and pool; Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, back terrace with barbecue and laundry. On the first floor, the suite-size bed with its own bathroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and 1 full bathroom and on the second floor 2 single beds and a terrace with sea views. All the rooms have a look to the sea.
