"Lovely new house with beautiful views over the bay, albeit a bit spoilt by the roof of the property in front. The beds are comfortable, a lovely kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a nice big dining table and beautiful modern bathrooms. The western sun can be very hot as it shines through the western windows and sliding door, especially since some windows do not have blinds. We missed a blind on the kitchen window especially, to shelter us from the sun while cooking dinner."

The walks around the property were a surprise and extra magical - it’s well worth the steep climb to the lookout! Exploring Farewell Spit and Wharariki area was a breeze from here.
