"Great place, great staff, excellent shower and bed. Breakfast was ok, wait for the Phad Thai. Pretty quiet. Pool was right on the street and pretty small, we didn’t use it. The location is fantastic for exploring, but difficult for car service to find, as it’s in an alley off a busy road. Best to choose a nearby landmark or business and get picked up there. I would use them again."

"Pretty property. Felt safe the entire time i was there. The breakfast and the ala carte food is great. Music during the evening to complement the dinner. The property is safe and clean. Can feel a little dated with keyed entry to rooms. A little bit of a distance from the night market but not a lot. "

"What an amazing hotel, great staff and location right in the middle of the action. Spent a lot of time from 5pm enjoying the 2 for 1 happy hour drinks on the front patio. Watching the busy traffic go buy while enjoying the music was awesome. Needed to print off some documents for work and they made it so easy. Email the front desk, they acknowledged the email and printed them off, no hassle. So refreshing. Highly recommended this place. There are a lot of tours that drop by so every once in a while the lobby gets a bit full, but nothing too concerning. "

"This is a fantastic hotel, excellent in every way. We have stayed there at least three times and are never disappointed. The staff are all first-class, from Alex the manager to housekeeping. The fees are very reasonable for the value. We visit Chiang Mai every year, and the Centara is our favorite hotel in all of Chiang Mai."
