"Great value for the money. Beautiful view, my daughter loved feeding the ducks and turtle by the lake. Cute picnic area. The staff was super friendly and the housekeeping staff responded to requests promptly. Everything was clean in the room and well maintained. The outside was picked up and free from litter. There are residents on the property and some were outside socializing with each other. They were not vulgar or rude, they were quite friendly. I imagine this is what bothers a lot of reviewers giving this property low ratings. This is the reality of the US economy right now. Any motel/hotel at this price point will have long term guests."

"The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable. The bed was decent, but not the best. There was mold on the floor of the shower, so we didn't use it. Luckily, our neighbors weren't very loud, but the door to the room provides no sound isolation from the outside. Overall, it was a good place to stay for one night while traveling through."

"Great clean place to stay. The folks were so accommodating and friendly and the room was clean and quiet. We weren’t there but one night as was staying the night after my granddaughters wedding but if I ever need to be in the area again this is where I will stay!"
