Excellent unit - Property Owner not customer focused
We stayed in the High Street Suite from August 27 through September 2.

SUMMARY
This unit has wonderful amenities and an excellent location. However, the unit was NOT clean upon arrival. The window sills and radiator areas were VERY dirty. I reached out to the property owner and he suggested that we cancel our reservation and find alternate lodging. This was Labor Day weekend and, obviously, late notification ... so we were not able to find any suitable accommodations. We cleaned the unit ourselves. On the morning of day 3, we requested a partial refund of the cleaning fee and 1 night's lodging for the condition of the unit and the work that we did to clean it. The Property Owner responded with a strong request that we vacate the property. We tried, again, to locate alternative accommodations but did not find anything. We notified the Property Owner of our intent to remain in the unit per our already paid for contractual agreement. We enjoyed the remainder of our visit.
