"Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police. The compliment breakfast was great and parking was nice. "

"Very clean and tidy and quiet (other than a yippy dog), but door locks need maintenance for cold weather--we got locked out and had to call in maintenance for a 30-minute delay returning to our room one night. Staff was friendly and apologetic."

"The staff was very nice. The hotel looked nice aside from so trash left around from what seemed like quite a few parties happening. Nothing overwhelming, just candy wrappers and noise makers. The room was very cool! The space, setup and storage availability was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! I don’t usually like veggies in my eggs, but really liked them! My husband actually said they were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had, and we travel several times a year. The noon checkout time was much appreciated, especially with the start of daylight savings. "

"The property was updated, clean and organized. The customer service was A1. Other than the front striping on the front of the microwave was coming loose, the amenities in the room was great, especially the full kitchen. A really great way to relax. No restaurants or shopping in walking distance. But there is some of that 10 minutes away in a vehicle. "

"Short trip for Grandson’s State Track meet w/Lots of other Track Peeps there too. Great location w/lots of places to eat & stores for any needs. Price was very reasonable, room was very clean. The bed was not comfortable but also not my home. The top bedspread was not in good condition so maybe newer ones in all the new renovations that were not mentioned when I booked. Lots of scraped up hallway flooring, etc. Great breakfast & most excellent HOT TUB in our room! It was so relaxing ☺️ w/nice indoor pool too. Next year we’ll definitely be back! "
