A Mansion on the Beach

This small 19th century mansion combines the benefits of seaside rest with the allure of a vibrant Breton town. The property is surrounded by a landscaped garden with trees, in a very calm environment, yet only a few steps away from the heart of the town.
The famous “Customs Trail” runs along the granite wall of the property. It will take you in a few strides to La Tossen seawater swimming pool (supervised in summer) or, for hikers, to Beauport Abbey and the “Circuit des Falaises”.
Le Manoir accommodates up to 12 adults, with their children. The rooms all have sea or garden views. Three shower rooms as well as four toilets allow privacy for all guests.
The living room has a direct view on the entrance of Paimpol’s harbor, from which you can observe sailboats, fishing boats and old rigging sailing in and out.
For a moment of sport, take advantage of the fitness room before taking a swim in Paimpol’s bay (direct access from a small door to the beach).
Do not hesitate to borrow kayaks and stand-up paddles, they are at your disposal!

In the evening, the large wooden terrace, facing South-West, will shelter the “apéritif” and barbecue you deserve. Children will enjoy the small tree house, the large trampoline, the ping-pong table and the darts, as well as the board games available.
Cultural and fun events are all accessible on foot: “Mardis du port” (concert every Tuesday evening, at the port, in summer); the Sailors’ Songs Festival, organized every other year in August; the sea museum, shops, market day on Tuesdays, cinema, skate-park, angling outings at sea, visit to the Ile de Bréhat ... there are fun things to do for everyone, in just a few minutes’ walk.
Access via the remote-controlled gate allows you to park up to 6 cars in the property.
Charges as well as linen (beds made, towels, tea towels) and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price.

Le Manoir is located on a large property of 3000m2. On the other side is the Loft (>200m2, 4 bedrooms). Both houses are completely separate, each with its own garden. Only the entrance gate is shared (you will be provided with a remote control). The entire property can be privatized (22 adults, + children). Quotation on request.

We love animals very much, but we are sorry we cannot accept them!

Please note that the stairs to the upper floors are unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children left unattended.

This year, early arrivals and late departures are not possible: our team needs a long preparation time in order to implement the strictest sanitary and disinfection protocol.
