"Even the basic service you expect when you stay in a resort like room service, changing towels etc, were at an additional cost. Since the property is owned by owners, there is hardly any parking available as most of the parking lots are reserved for owners."

"the overall condition of the unit is in need of a deep cleaning. black mold all around the sides and rim of the small bath shower door and it leaks. several broken tiles throughout the rooms. main bath shower handle fell off in my hand when trying to turn shower head on from tub faucet. main bath sink's cold water handle just about the come off it pipe. ac programed to stay at 70 degrees which is ok if the humidity is not too bad outside but needed it cooler at times. kitchen could use a...

"The unit was spacious. The area rug needed cleaning and the kitchen needed more equipment. The front desk staff was friendly. Pool was small and no hot tub. "

Our only complaint was the air conditioning. When on it was very loud and there was no way to change the fan setting. It was either on or off. We had to turn it off at night. "We were travelling with 6 adults. The accomodations were comfortable and spacious for all of us. Particularly liked having a bathroom accessible from the main living area rather than off each bedroom. Kitchen was stocked to accomodate cooking for six. Liked having a dishwasher, washer and dryer. "I’m giving this good ratings but I did want to comment on a few issues. Overall, we enjoy this place and it was our 2nd time back. We stayed in room 823. The toilet in the master was not working right and I noticed it right away when we arrived. It had a small bit of water running all the time so it always made noise. My 2nd complaint with this unit was that there were a lot of small/medium size cockroaches all over. I probably killed 15-30 of them but it didn’t seem to make a difference....

"Generally speaking, we had a fabulous time at this property. My husband and I were there for a baby moon, and everything went really smoothly. The concierge booked all of our dinners for us. Everywhere we had food was impeccable. All of the food on the property was impeccable. We did book a Mountain View room, and I will say that being right next to the Pickleball courts is not ideal and we were awoken every morning by the sound of Pickleball at about 730 or the sound of workers who were stripping and painting the hallway outside our room starting at 7:30 in the morning. There was a little sound machine in the room, which was somewhat effective, but certainly not ideal to have an entire construction crew right outside your door at 7:30 in the morning. The smell of paint in the hallways being pregnant was concerning. Over the course of our one week stay my husband killed two separate cockroaches in the bathroom. Maybe this is because we were close to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Regardless outside of those issues it was a fabulous hotel and we had a great day. The service is great. The food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody"
