This is a brand new home - just finished in May!

We can accommodate 10 people comfortabl.

The home has been fully furnished with all brand new amenities and furniture throughout including a washer/ dryer, new fridge with crushed ice and water facilities, dish washer, coffee maker, fully stocked silverware and dishware (optional paper plates/ cups etc) and a large flat screened TV.

The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with a large corner tub for you to enjoy and separate standing shower. There are also 2 other bathrooms within the home with tub/ showers in each.

The property is fully secure with an electric gate (code available prior to arrival) Please note that the drive way curves around the property so the back is facing the road side and the front door in towards the back fence.

Only 30 miles down Bell Vista Rd to Death Valley. Local attractions include the winery and race track.

Beautiful home! My kids and grandkids, 9 total came to dinner and visit, there was plenty of room. The bed was comfy and towels were soft!! Found everything I needed to cook and bake cookies❤️The owner was very nice too. We will be back!!!

This house doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is incredible. This house is huge! The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need. There is a laundry room. There were a lot of board games (if that's your thing).The one thing that wasn't great for this city girl was the rooster next door. It definitely took some getting use to it crowing at 4am. If my travels bring me back to the area. I will definitely try and book this place.

Amazing place to stay! David was really nice, the properly squeaky clean and so spacious! We really enjoyed the space and the area which was very calm. Also a great location to get to death valley (30mins to an hour, as close as it gets!) Highly recommend and would stay again!

This place was very spacious inside. We felt like everyone had their own space for sure. The beds were comfy and the living room along with the kitchen was a good size! Also, Dave and his dog Keiko were very friendly when we saw them at check out and even took our family pic outside his blooming cactus! Overall, a very good stay for sure. Will stay again if I’m back out this way.

The property has separate entrances for each bedroom, making it a perfect place for adults with different schedules and needs. It worked well for our family when we attended a wedding.

David’s home is huge and well supplied! King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and extremely quiet neighborhood! He even had soft Cottonelle toilet paper! Sometimes it’s the small things that mean so much! Will definitely book again if in the area.

We were in Parhump for a race . This property was so welcoming , the owner Dave and his pooch Kiekoo were so awesome and accommodating. We thoroughly loved our stay and will definitely book there for our next race . The house was large and cozy, clean and inviting, but my boys really enjoyed hanging out there and were able to play football. They loved Kiekoo he was such a cute lil pooch . I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to book a stay in Parhump. Thank you Mr. Dave for making our stay enjoyable .🤗

The house was really nice and very clean. Dave and his puppy were great! He made checking in and out simple and easy ,and answered message quickly! The whole week was great! Phurump is a nice town with lots options for food and things to do. We were about 1 1/2 from the Clark county shooting complex. The drive had great roads and very little traffic.

Perfect location to visit Death Valley
I'm delighted with my experience at this property! Dave was the perfect landlord; he was available if we needed anything but let us do our own thing most of the time. His "greeting committee" husky was so friendly and just too cute! The location is close enough to the town center for fuel, groceries, plenty of restaurant options, and easy access back to Death Valley. The rooms were comfortable, and the heater worked well (overnight low temperatures during our stay were in the high 30s). I highly recommend this property.

While the room was clean, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The walls are not soundproof. The pool was freezing, there was an oily film on the surface and the rails leading into the pool. Bed was good. Shower hot water took 4-5 minutes to get hot.

We travel a lot all over the world and this was probably the nicest experience ever! Truly amaizng!The house is huge, sparking clean, great towels, comfortable beds, beautiful decor with many nice touches. In the kitchen besides regular dishes David provided disposable one in case you prefer not do dishes, popcorn for snack etc. There are convenient supermarkets nearby and Dave place being on the north part of Pahrum is as close to the Death Valley as you can be, about 40 minutes drive (there is one motel closer than that which is totally ran down). David the host stays on the premises with his lovely husky Keiko and is available to help if anything is need. Highly, highly recommended. If you want a reall home away from home that is the place.Thanks Dave, we loved it there and will definitely be back for anotheri hiking trip.
