"Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

"Straight up: This hotel itself, once you walk through the doors, in regards to the food and the staff, is very nice. Stylish, comfortable, fast consistent WiFi. This is entirely incongruous with the area around it, which can only be described as grotty and unappealing on many fronts. If you _need_ to stay in Paharganj, near New Delhi railway station, it is a very solid option. If you prefer more appealing surroundings near your hotel, this might not be your best option."

"I had booked this for my older parents who were returning from US. They had a great experience checking in, getting dinner late in night and mentioned that the rooms were good, clean and spacious. "Hotel was in an okay location however in a run down area and is about 25 minutes walk from the train station. Staff were attentive to your needs at any hour. Food is okay however I would recommend venturing out and not relying on the convenience of their food service. Have to request to turn on hot water, which is a hit and miss, more miss than hit. It is very cold in the rooms, and the AC wasn’t working. Blankets were terrible and clearly dirty. Small improvements could go a long way to improve...
