Riverview is a riverfront retreat right on the San Juan. Quiet and quaint location close to town. Walk to the hot springs, local shops, galleries, theater, festivals, 4th of July fun and restaurants. Bike or stroll on the nature trail and hike Reservoir Hill. The covered river deck is inviting for entertaining, watching wildlife, barbecuing and relaxing.
Best views of San Juan. Tubing and fishing access.

Everything is as advertised. Great location for restaurants, hot springs, shopping. My wife walked to downtown one day while we went to Wolf Creek. We would stay again.

Beth’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The kiddos loved their bunk beds and it was so convenient to have a bathroom right off their room! It was also so nice to be able to walk to downtown and enjoy the crisp weather. Thanks so much Beth!

One of the highlights was the stunning view across the San Juan River and surrounding wetlands. Waking up to the serene sounds of the river and watching the wildlife from the back deck was incredibly relaxing. Great place to stay while you explore the area. Clean, well-appointed condo right on the river. Beth seems to have thought of everything you would need to have a convenient and comfy stay. The huge tandem garage is a nice bonus, if you have 2 vehicles.
