**WINTER PARKING** this home has 2 parking areas. The lower parking level is flat and easily accessed. The upper parking is at the top of a steep driveway and can be difficult to maneuver in the winter, even when plowed and with 4-wheel drive. Please use caution when proceeding up and down this driveway. You will not be able to use the upper parking area in the winter with a 2-wheel drive vehicle.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
The entrance to this home is on the lower level. The front door opens to a spacious lower living area with wet bar, two bedrooms, foosball table and sliding glass doors that open to the hot tub patio and views of Pinon Reservoir. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is located next to the wet bar and downstairs bathroom. It is outfitted with an electric stove and sliding glass doors to access the patio and hot tub. The second bedroom is located to the left of the front door and has a full-size bed. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa and dedicated work area with a double monitor for guest use. There is a full bathroom with a shower next to the queen bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the lower level, along with a second refrigerator.
Upstairs you’ll find the main living room, large chef’s kitchen and dining room. The open floor plan is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows so you can take in the sunshine and views from all directions. There is a wood burning stove to keep you warm in the winter months and a hidden “pop-up” TV in the wall behind the electric fireplace. The two primary bedrooms are located on either end of the living room with King beds, TVs, access to the outdoor decks, and luxury bathrooms. The first bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Whether sitting on the deck with a morning cup of coffee watching the local deer meander by, gearing up for a day of play in the gorgeous San Juans, enjoying sunlight spilling in while cooking up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding by soaking in the hot tub on the lower patio, Nineteenth Hole Ski Chalet has something to offer for everyone!
