This home is located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best fishing in Pagosa is found. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. A deck and back yard facing the lake with a hot tub and BBQ. A great home to bring your dogs and enjoy a vacation with your loved ones.

On the main level there is an open kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the water. Half bathroom, garage access and the master bedroom with a king size bed. All heated by radiant and central heat with a gas fireplace in the living room.

Downstairs, you'll walk into a large entertainment room with a smart tv and sound system. There's a sliding glass door leading to the hot tub and back yard. One bedroom with a queen size bed, another large bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom.

This home is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross county skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation area.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog.
There is no swimming allowed in the lake.

****This home has a detached garage that houses a pool table, ping pong table, large tv and couch for enjoying this newly renovated game room. The deposit for this home includes the usage of this room as well as the security deposit for the main house.

Gorgeous home!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures don't do this home justice! It was so beautiful. The views are amazing. They house was stocked with everything we needed and if we did happen to need anything or have questions about the area, we would get a response very quickly. We saw the most beautiful wildlife as well as a few deer on the drive to the home. Having the lake right outside made my fisherman husband very happy. Having that view every day we were there was the best part for me. Truly, I don't have one bad thing to say. This is our 4th time visiting Pagosa and this home by far was our favorite. Thanks again to management for always being so kind, helpful and replying so quickly. It made our trip that much better!

Beautiful Lake House
This house is perfect for one or two families, and dog friendly to boot! We had ample room to spread out, the property was clean and comfortable, and all the little necessities in the kitchen were appreciated. Fishing from the house dock wasn't feasible when we were there with the aquatic plants, but a short drive around the lake kept us eating amazing fish. The dock was great for launching our kayaks and paddleboards though. Highly recommend this place. Very relaxing!

Best vacation ever! Beautiful and peaceful!
Home is right on the lake. Great fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. House is furnished nicely and lay out is great for 2 families as it has 2 living areas.

A small TV in the living room might be nice just in case others may want something different,
