Located near tons of uptown activities with views of the valley and Pagosa Peak, this Pagosa Springs condo boasts a prime location in the heart of Pagosa Lakes, a sunny deck, and easy access to dining and year-round outdoor activities. You'll enjoy the spacious, bright interior with southwestern decor in hews reminiscent of our beautiful Colorado sunsets. The wood burning fireplace will keep you warm and toasty in the winter after a day in the snow. Whether it be starting your day of play by sipping fresh coffee on the covered deck looking at Pagosa Peak or unwinding in front of the roaring fireplace, this condo is cozy, charming, and just what you need!

**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
This condo is ideally located uptown near the grocery store, cafes, and boutique shopping. There are abundant outdoor activities, with Pagosa Golf Club, a public resort facility, right around the corner. Five nearby lakes, four of which are regularly stocked, offer prime fishing, and hiking trails and scenic drives are minutes away. Wolf Creek Resort is 30 miles away for plentiful winter activities, and famous Pagosa Springs in downtown is only four miles away.

As you enter, you have a mudroom for convenience. To the right the home opens to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating. Tucked near the kitchen is the laundry room with a dryer.
To the left of the dining room is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Moving into the spacious living room offers a Roku TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and the queen murphy bed. You'll enter the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom to the left of the mudroom where you can rejuvenate with a good night's sleep on a King size bed and step out onto the deck to enjoy the mornings visiting wildlife.

Stepping out to the covered back porch allows for a phenomenal view of Pagosa Peak, the surrounding peaceful neighborhood, and outdoor seating.

It was a remarkable amount of space and having two beds and two baths was very enjoyable. The Walmart across the street was super convenient. I look forward to returning next year.
