Fantastic Luxury Home on Village Lake. Fish the well-stocked lake or nearby lakes and rivers. Enjoy sunrise on the covered and protected deck with a view of the lake and spectacular San Juan Mountain peaks while you eat breakfast, sip your morning coffee or watch the chef make a fabulous BBQ. New flat screen tv in family room, formal dining room and breakfast nook. large well equipped kitchen features granite counters, lots of space for a large family or group of friends. gas fireplace in living room to enjoy after a long day of skiing. This is the ideal place to enjoy that family vacation to remember for a lifetime. The four bedrooms have one king and three queen sized beds and two twin beds. The master bedroom includes a bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and tiled walk in shower. Two bedrooms have Jack and Jill bathroom with a shared tub/shower. A guest 1/2 bathroom is off the family room. The hot water is recirculated so there is no long wait at the faucet. The property is professionally landscaped with mature trees and gorgeous mountain flowers. A multitude of family activities, old town Pagosa Springs to Wolf Creek Ski area, are all within 5-25 minutes of the front door. Come enjoy the Colorado mountains in true comfort and style.

A great stay....
We had a wonderful few days at your property. We enjoyed the views from the back deck and the use of the kayaks. The location of the house makes it easy to get to San Juan National Forest for a day of exploring and hiking.

Beautiful house!
House was absolutely beautiful. Sits right on a lake, exactly as pictured. Perfect size for our group of 10. Was about a 45 minute drive to Wolf Creek to ski. Very close to grocery store and a couple of great restaurants.

Pagosa Lake House
This was a wonderful place for our family. Plenty of stuff to do for all the different age groups we had. Caught trout on the lake. Snow sledded in the backyard. Skiing, snowmobiles, sleigh rides all within a short drive. Will definitely stay there again

Lake Front
We enjoyed the beautiful lake front property. The sounds of the geese honking and the dragonflies skimming along the shore line was grand. We used the kayaks for hours on end. Location was great! Durango was a forty five minute drive with Mesa Verde another thirty minutes further which provide a nice day trip to see more of Co.

Absolutely perfect house and vacation!
We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was just perfect, well stocked and close to town. Watching the sun rise over the lake was beautiful. Fishing off the dock (we caught six large trout in one day) was excellent. Everyone agreed that we need to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great family getaway
This is a great family house! The kitchen was very well stocked, with dishes, silverware, cookware, appliances and everything a cook could want. The bedrooms were well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. We really enjoyed the kayaks. All the beds were uncomfortable and there were cob webs throughout the house. Otherwise a great getaway!

Beautiful Spacious and Comfortable.
Nine of stayed 3 nights celebrating our parents 60th anniversary. This lovely home has everything a visitor would want or need. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils, pots and pan and dishes galore. The lake is right out the back door accessible off the homes private dock. Furniture and bedding are cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed use of two kayaks, cooking in the spacious kitchen and games on the back patio. If I come back to Pagosa with a large group again we will definitely stay here.

Absolutely fantastic!
Great location - close to town, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Wold Creek is only 25 minutes away. The home is beautiful and includes all of the amenities that one could want or need while in Pagosa Springs. It is laid out well for large groups. It worked out wonderfully for our group of 2.5 families. The home is decorated nicely and maintained very well. Stunning view of the lake with resident geese. We interacted with the geese so much that we ended up going to the pet store and getting bird/duck/geese feed for them. We enjoyed the home so much, we have already made arrangements to rent it next year for Spring Break. We can't wait to get back and have only been home for a week.

Wonderful lakeside property. Would love to visit during the summer. Suggestions: Provide instructions on how to manage the heating system...it was a programmable one but no instructions, one half of the house was freezing and the other hot at night. I felt bad calling for help as the contact we were given had just been released from the hospital. It would have been nice if she had a back up person. Otherwise the house is very comfortable and fairly well stocked. Do bring your own blow dryer.

An Absolute Must!!
We had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing! The large windows looking out onto the lake and the mountains were so beautiful. The house was larger than what we needed and had more amenities than we expected. I could not peel my kids off the lake the entire time we were there. They absolutely loved the kayaks which was a nice extra treat. My son caught almost 30 fish of 4 different varieties (which he released). The outside patio was lovely and we spent most of our time sitting in the gorgeous weather which was such a nice reprieve from the Phoenix heat. We had no problems whatsoever. Deb was so sweet and she stopped by to say hello. We are looking forward to booking our next stay very soon. We have stayed at many VRBOs but this was, by far, our favorite!

Great location
We enjoyed the gorgeous view every morning! The kids loved being on the lake and fishing every day! The lay out of the house is good for a big family. However, we didn’t feel like the house was luxury as listed. It needs some updates the bar stools were unleveled, the pub height table outside was broken and a fan didn’t work. Plus, the furnishing were very out of date. They left us a very small amount of dish soap (the bottle was practically empty) just a few rolls of toilet paper and trash bags. We had to go to the store to get stuff they provided because it just wasn’t enough. It was disappointing to pay that much and not have the supplies in the house. This house has a great location, amazing views but we felt like it needs some updates and to be prepared for the group when they arrive (ie enough dish soap, toilet paper).

Christmas Vacation
This home has a fantastic floorplan with an open kitchen, living, dining area, and rooms nicely separated throughout the home. We ( family of 6 - parents with 4 teenage boys) stayed for a week over Christmas - 7 nights. The view of the snow capped mountains over the iced lake was a peaceful backdrop that drew my family into the shared area to socialize. We skied Wolf Creek 4 days (2 days, 1 day break, then 2 more days) and rented gear from Ski and Bow (highly recommend them, very accommodating, rented for 5 days paid for 4 days). Our days were all sunny (no storms) and on our break day we took a hike to a waterfall (Treasure Falls) that was entirely frozen - what a great experience- and shopped at the thrift stores in town (found cool collectables). We played board games at night and cooked together. The house was beautiful and modern with a nicely stocked kitchen to cook anything. Grocery is about a mile away, and easy to grab anything needed quickly. Next time we'll bring bikes, we'll definitely return in the summer. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was charming. Deb was a fantastic host.

Spring Break stay
We stayed here the year before and booked it for this year as well. There were 10 of us and we had a good time. We stayed 5 nights. A few things : I never received an email with our door code or what was expected of us at check out. I Had to call property manager to get it. Also, we came back one day to find the asst manager at the house replacing a toilet paper holder? No notice to us that that would be happening. That really bothered us! There were a few things I wish had been better stocked: no Kleenex, half a roll of paper towels, and a handful of trash bags. I get that people probably walk off with them but for what we paid per night and how many nights, please stock a little more. The mattresses in master and single queen by jack and Jill bath aren’t comfortable. Also, maybe get rid of some stuff in the garage so people can park in there. There was an old heater unit that could probably be thrown away. We had to move stuff around to get the cars in. It was tight. Overall we enjoyed it. The view was beautiful.

Get with the times
Beautiful property but not stocked as described but more importantly, the own is a sexist. My biggest complaint is that after our pilot light went out in the fireplace, the property manager asked, "if there was a man in the house that can fix it." I had adolescent girls that heard that sexism and discrimination. That is unacceptable. She also tried to charge $150 to have someone come out. The couple that came out and fixed it said there was nothing I could have done to prevent what happened. I obviously refused to pay but my husband went after them but they would not accept payment. Additionally, there was very little toilet paper, very few trash bags, no shampoo or conditioner like promised, holes in both air mattresses, Mildew in the main jetted tub, we had to buy detergent to do the required laundry (towels etc). But it gets better, the pilot light to the hot water heater had to be relit 3 times. There was not enough hot water at any point in time to take more than one short shower. I've never complained or requested a refund for services rendered, but this is unacceptable.
