This charming cabin is the perfect headquarters for all your outdoor adventures. This expansive retreat sits on 7 acres and is the perfect place to get away from it all as neighbors are distant, wildlife abundant, and downtown Pagosa Springs is only a short four-and-a-half miles northeast! Regardless of how you use each day, returning to Tito & Jiji's Cabin on the Rocks will be a highlight. The interior of this rustic abode offers high vaulted ceilings, classic log cabin feels, and a lofted layout that will give everyone some privacy when needed. Step out on to the expansive deck with a favorite drink in hand and you will see the unmatched views of the greenery and mountains beyond. Take advantage of the gas grill for a cookout in the fresh mountain air. When the sun dips behind the treetops, hot cocoa and movie snacks can be easily prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and the large sectional sofa will be waiting for everyone to kick back and relax in style.

Soak in the natural Hippy Dip Hot Spring or if there are a few skiers in the group, they can easily wake up early and hit the road to make the 33-mile drive up to Wolf Creek Ski Lodge! The main floor boasts an inviting, large, living/kitchen/dining, open concept floor plan, a wonderful space to share time with your friends or family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in or just enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore all that Pagosa has to offer. Watch the fireplace glow as you rest those weary ski legs in front of the warmth on a snowy, winter night. This beautiful mountain home features a grand chandelier in the rustic living room with two story floor to ceiling windows. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry.
