Beautiful home sleeps 8, within walking distance to all things fun!
Perfect location for your vacation! This three bedroom, two bathroom home is located in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is equipped with two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds, all with cozy linens to keep you toasty and comfortable. It sleeps a total of 8 people. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), providing just the right amount of privacy. The spacious living area has a large sectional leather sofa and flat-screened television, as does each bedroom, so no one has to miss that important football game or their favorite show. The large, rustic dining table is perfect for your family to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and bake to your heart's content. There is a roomy hot tub tucked into a private space on the north side of the house, perfect for soaking weary bones after a long day of skiing or snowboarding.

Perfect Group Ski and Hot Springs Trip
The home and location are both fantastic. Lots of space for a small group. The hosts were great, very easy and accommodating and even gave a little bonus for some baked goods from down the street. Walked to the hot springs and the best parts of main Street. Will def be back.

Wonderful place
We had a ladies getaway at the house last weekend, and it was great! The house is very beautiful and spacious with a great kitchen for cooking and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the hot tub and being walking distance from the springs and downtown. We especially loved the pie that was waiting for us when we arrived - thank you!!!

Fun family vacation!
We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance to the springs, some restaurants, and shopping. The house did not disappoint. They were also sweet enough to give us a gift certificate to the bakery and one of the hot spring places. They also have games and toys for kids to play with during down time.

The property is gorgeous and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The communication with owner was quick and efficient. The location is perfect! We walked to the hot springs, dinner, the balloon fest and parks. Our 6 year old loved discovering all of the toys to play with and loved exploring the beautiful home~ We will be back! Home Sweet Home
This is our third spring break staying at the cottage on Lewis Street. After 10 years of vacationing at various rentals in Pagosa Springs it is by far our most favorite place to call home. The house is filled with everything you could ever need, the beds are super comfortable and the hot tub is the perfect way to end a day spent on the slopes. Location is a huge plus - we love walking downtown to grab dinner or browse all the local shops. Can’t wait till next time.

Nice house, great location
We had a great 3-day weekend here with our kids and two grandsons. Clean house, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, just a short walk to the Pagosa Hot Springs Resort and many nice restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Tequilas Pagosa and the Alley House Grille. The property manager provided quick customer service to a couple of small requests regarding the TV and hot tub. We enjoyed great hiking nearby at Chimney Rocks National Monument and the Piedra River trail. I would definitely stay here again.
