Great Pagosa location!
This property is clean, well cared for, and a great location for lake trips. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Pagosa! Jaclyn is a great host, she communicates well and the rental process is easy!

Second time and can’t wait for the 3rd!!
This is the second time we have stayed at this absolute gem of a property. From the moment we booked the trip, the communication with the property owner/manager was great and they were available at any time during the stay if we needed them. The check in process is extremely smooth. The property is beautiful. The house is clean and spacious. The extra Effort with amenities is appreciated (we loved the wine!). Unfortunately for us, every time we visit Pagosa we are on a fishing mission and don’t spend enough time relaxing. We have definitely decided next time we are adding a few more days onto our trip so we can enjoy the house and the beautiful BLM property directly behind it. Can’t wait to come back in the spring. We have stayed at many places over the past 10 years in Pagosa and this by far has been our favorite!

Loved the location out of town but with easy access. The house was cute and very clean and included everything we might need. Owners were very accommodating and kind. Will definitely recommend and return!

An Absolute Gem!!!
This property was like finding a diamond in the rough! We visit the Pagosa area about 5 to 6 times per year. Every time we visit we stay at a different property - some have been OK and some not so good. This place checked every single box we have. The location is incredible. You can get to Pagosa Springs, Bayfield, Ignacio, and all the places in between In a very short amount of time. The property itself is amazing. Next time we visit, we will bring good walking shoes so we can traverse the acres and acres of BLM land that this property has access to. The house itself is beautiful. It’s just the right size for 2 to 4 people. The finishes are superb. The house is very clean and well taken care of. The layout is fantastic. The amenities in the house were nice. The bed was comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and communication through the entire process was fantastic. We are going to keep our eye on this place… Every time we visit we will make our plans around the availability. In fact, one day the owners might just sell and we’d love the opportunity to own this gem!!!

Pagosa Experience
When we walked in the door, our eyes opened wide. This house is so clean and organized, right down to the utensil drawers and the pans. It was exactly as pictured. Every detail seemed to have been thought through. The bed was very comfortable (that is important to us). We loved that it is about 10 to 15 minutes out of Pagosa. It was very quiet and the stars at night were stunning as there were no "city" lights to dim them out. We would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved our stay here.
