Perfect location, condo was very clean and mattress was comfortable! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the main street and we were in walking distance of many restaurants, stores, & bars. Overall the perfect experience!

Easy comfortable stay
Great property. Well stocked for kitchen needs and bed linens, very clean, and generally well kept up. The single problem we had was the tv wouldn't work, but the owner tried to work with us to fix it. Everything else was excellent-a comfortable and clean stay for a ski trip.

Awesome spot
We loved this little apartment and its amenities. It was cozy, the deck overlooks main st. It was nice to sit out for coffee and meals. It was cool inside with the fan going and overall. Jusy a nice relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again!!

The property was exactly right for our needs, with one exception: 14 stairs to our room. At 76 and struggling with the altutude, it was difficult. Younger, acclimated people wouldn't be so affected. The washer/dryer was perfect for washing up after a visit to the hot springs. Every other need was met, carefully provided in advance of need. It's a beautiful, comfortable property, perfect for a multi-day stay.

Excellent property and location, found out in the morning that property management had not restocked the coffee supply. All close shops were closed in proximity to the property. Be prepared.

Nice location
Once we arrived the room was not cleaned from the previous tenants. We had to change our own linens and wash towels. The cleaning fee plus a little more was refunded. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything but would not stay here again due to the cleaning situation. Also make sure to bring your own coffee, there was none when we arrived.

Cute little condo with balcony. Very clean. Good location. Tried to contact management about assigned parking … as we were given conflicting information about which spot was ours. Didn’t receive a return call from either party.

Perfect location!
Perfect size and amenities for a couple or a family with a couple of small kids. Location was PERFECT! We walked to all the shops, restaurants and the hot springs! The balcony over looks the main street and we really enjoyed sitting out there and people watching. We had a couple of issues with the washer and the dishwasher but Duke sent the maintenance man right over to handle it. The only issue I had, there needs to be a wall clock! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm. The shower has plenty of pressure and hot water. Just know there is not an oven. I did not read carefully and bought stuff to bake in oven. I highly recommend if you are staying in PS, to go down to High Altitude Pagosa and do the ax throwing! So fun!! I would recommend this VRBO to friends and family and hopefully we are going back this summer and can book it again! Thanks for a great stay!!

Duke is super responsive and was so helpful about last minute change to bring my pup with me. Great suggestions for the hot springs. Beautifully decorated space with all the essentials. Easy check in and check out. Only two issues I had with my stay… 1- With the spoiled egg smell on my body after hot springs, I just wanted a hot shower. The hot shower literally lasted 5mins. It turned cold by the time I was going to rinse the conditioner out of my hair. Definitely no time for body wash. I had to get out of the shower. In hopes I’d wait 10mins to regain hot water. Didn’t happen. 2 - I wish they’d invest in Roku device. I get that peeps go out there to disconnect. But, I like to watch TV when falling asleep. The DirecTV set up is lame. Just used to Roku or FireStick apps.
