"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Lovely new hotel with all modern facilities, 10/15 minute walk into Riva town but local restaurant within a 5 minute walk. When booking would advise to book parking we couldn't find any parking near by. Lovely swimming pool and pool towels available to rent for the week. The only negative is that there are no English channels on the tv apart from the news and there is also building of 3 other hotels going on next door, you can hear the builders of a morning. "Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. "
