All bedrooms have 2 separate beds the demand also can be pushed together and all have ocean views with private access to the 50sqm large balcony, and of course with magnificent views of the sea and the town of Pag. The apartment is naturally equipped with air conditioning, TV, wireless internet access.
There is a kitchen with a separate dining area and 2 bathrooms with a 3 shower or a bath.
A BBQ at the house is available.
Sufficient parking is available at the house.
The nearest pebble beach is 250m. Another beach with water slide, pool, restaurant, etc. can be reached.

OTTIMA SCELTA
Abbiamo soggiornato in uno di questi appartamenti da 8 persone dall'11 al 26 agosto 2017; casa bella e totalmente fedele alle foto, mare raggiungibile anche a piedi e vicino al centro. La cosa migliore sono sicuramente i proprietari; gentilissimi e disponibilissimi!!!! Quando hanno visto che uno di noi festeggiava il compleanno durante le ferie ci hanno offerto una grigliata, e un altra ce l'hanno offerta prima della partenza. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la macchina prima della partenza e ci hanno raggiunto a casa (nonostante fossero fuori a cena) e vi hanno aiutato in tutti i modi possibili per farci partire Se torneremo in Croazia sull'isola di Pag un punto di appoggio sicuro dove tornare

Perfect Home and perfect Guest
I spent 2 weeks in August 2016 in the apartment of Adam . The house is beautiful and the phenomenal terrace. The house is very clean and well equipped . For all the things I needed Adam was always efficient and polite. The location is ideal to have a beautiful view and to nearby beaches with crystal clear water . It ' also very convenient to the town of Pag . The only drawback were three days of very strong wind and whistled windows . The house is equipped with 2 large bathrooms with two showers each , this thing is very convenient for families . Finally Adam offered a meat dinner a very good grill . If I return to Pag I would definitely go back to Villa Anastazija .

Familienurlaub mit Kindern
Das Haus ist vom Besitzer und zusätzlich seinem Vater bewohnt(Erd- und 1Geschoss) .Der Besitzer kommt ungebeten rein ohne anzuklopfen ,mit seinen Eigenem Schlüssel, ganz egal ob man zuhause ist oder nicht. Die Entfernung zum Strand mit Rutsche laut seinen Angaben 400-500 m sind aber 1300 bis 1500m. Kinder dürfen nicht mal draußen mit dem Ball spielen abgesehen von Party ect. Besuch ist ausgeschlossen sonst holt der Besitzer unverzüglich die Polizei. Die ganze zeit am grillen ist er dabei quatscht die Leute voll.
