"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"Decent rooms. €40 extra for 3 hours in the spa. Closes at 14:00 for the afternoon. Some mold in shower. Very loud moving chairs in room above or next door. Dinner was average taste. Breakfast good. Free parking. "

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"The swimming pool is great. The food served at the restaurant is fine, but not to the standard of other restaurants in the area, that are actually cheaper than the restaurant. Really helpful staff. Staying in the swimming pool was a great experience. The room was noisy and not sufficiently comfortable. I think that there is a massive difference between the rooms facing the pool (quiet and great), and the rooms facing the road, as it was our case.
