We have combined tradition and design, merging the historicity of the structure with a contemporary thought of aesthetics and comfort.
The property is located on the 3rd floor of an historic building accessible only by stairs. The space develops with a long hallway that gives access to a large living room, a kitchen with an anteroom/storage room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
In the living room there is an exclusive and spacious crystal table for dining with 4 seats, a comfortable two-seater leather sofa and a smart TV. It also boasts an exclusive view of one of the main streets of the old town.
The custom-made kitchen is composed by a two-burner electric hob equipped with the latest generation extractor hood, a modern sink and a large work area. Coffee machine, refrigerator and all the necessary crockery complete the equipment of our kitchen.
