Ground floor: entrance, relaxation area with sofas and television, service bathroom, large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. From the kitchen, you reach a large covered outdoor porch with bbq, table, chairs, sofas.

First floor: four double bedrooms each with private bathroom. Two of the four bedrooms have access to the external porch overlooking the lake.

Second floor: two bedrooms each with single bed, bathroom, laundry area, turret with binoculars overlooking the lake.

In all bedrooms available air conditioning.
The cost for air conditioning is 150,00 euro a stay.

Outside: large swimming pool with solarium area, large fenced garden, external porch, east parking.

On request:

- mid-week service (to pay)
- linen and towels mid-week change (to pay)

Tourist tax (1 euro a person a date) will be paid in cash at arrival time.

There is also an extra cost for the utilities based on the actual consumption.

The time for the check in is between 4pm to 7pm: if you are going to arrive later you must aware us and pay an extra of €35 for the service.
