"The property is really nice and kids love it , the food is really good the staff is really nice and helpful excellent. Just one went we stay on second day the hot water is out and they said is maintenance service. I hope in the future they can let us know if some maintenance. How ever the manager and the staff very helpful to result this problem and they move us to new room is fantastic. Thank you so much all. We will be back to stay again. Best hotel and staff ever. Looking forward to seeing...

"　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。"
