This hotel is excellent, and the location is beautiful. Two peaceful beach coves just below the hotel. No need to even get in your car while staying here due to the various restaurants.

I liked being close to the ocean and I had a view from my room. It rained a few times and the slider leaked badly and soaked the carpet all the way back to the bed. I wanted to let the office know about this, but no one was at the counter as I was there over Christmas.

It’s cheap, rundown, pool was dirty, didn’t have enough towels for a 2 double bed room. The room had a view of dumpsters from level 2 and smelled pretty bad. We asked to be moved to the top floor but staff wouldn’t accommodate and the place was definitely not full. The only good thing was being next door to Nicks, that place is amazing on Saturday night for live music and dancing. Breakers for breakfast was pretty good too. I’d not stay here again tho.
