Cute totally remodeled Cottage 100 feet from Beach

The Sharp Park neighborhood is 10 miles to San Francisco and 20 miles to Silcone Valley. This is a great place to rent if you are here for work or to explore much of the San Francisco Bay area. Work hard all day and relax at night by our large fire pit while listening to the waves 50 yards away. Hike open trails along ocean and into hills.
Escape to the beach! Less than 50 yards walk to Pacifica Pier and beach. This cute coastal cottage on an oversized lot offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Updated electrical, plumbing, insulation, dual pane windows, newly landscaped front yard with deck. Stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar. The backyard has BBQ , fire pit, pergola. Walk the hills, golf (public course 1/2 mile away), surf at the beach, or catch dinner off the pier. Easy location to shopping, local restaurants, and cafes. Wonderful hiking trails along the coast (our beach is almost 1 mile long) and into the hills (trails, just off the beach promenade, lead all the way to Half Moon Bay). Public transportation a short walk from the house connects you to all the sights in San Francisco. Here is your chance to be close to the beach and ocean. Can sleep up to 5 people. Wifi, 2 TVs- both with streaming apps. Off street parking.

Great little place in Pacifica!
Loved the neighborhood and access to the beach and pier. The host added some lovely touches that we have not seen at any other VRBO before, and it was very well received! Would definitely stay here again!

First time California stay!
The place was great being close to the pier and coffee/ breakfast shops near by. Half moon bay and Santa Cruz was a great drive, along with spending days in downtown San Francisco. Beautiful November weather, overall a great trip.

Great beach house
House was perfect for our visit to San Francisco. The owners provided everything needed for our stay,,plus a few tasty treats upon arrival. Took us about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the downtown attractions. It was also great to walk to the beach to enjoy the sunset.

Cottage by the ocean
This charming cottage is in an excellent location, very close to the pier and beach, and also convenient to stores and local restaurants. The fire pit in the backyard was non-functional - so that was a bummer - but the backyard was still spacious and comfortable. I stayed here with my husband, sister, and brother-in-law, and it was perfect for two couples.

What a find this place is! The beds are sublime, the house itself very gracious for a party of 2-4, and the yards are almost appealing enough to keep you from walking a block down to the water, or along some of the most scenic national park paths. Very much hope to return. Thanks Gonul for sharing!

Perfect getaway beach cottage
I booked this property because of the close proximity to my son’s apartment. This was his wedding weekend. An added bonus was that the beach ceremony was just a short walk from us at sharp park beach. The cottage was comfortable and roomier than we expected. A newly remodeled kitchen and master bath were a bonus. We had a couple of small issues, missing and iron, and fan remote. The host replied promptly but item were never found. A front door mat to wipe feet would be nice to have. We always took shoes off outside as requested. The backyard fireplace was very cozy as well. Would definitely recommend!

We got locked out. Tried to contact host no response. Got back in on my own. No sure why the washer and dryer are separated from the house???? Was a major inconvenience for sure. Not sure why half used personal hygiene products were left out to be used. Ie: lotions &oils. Barking dog outside for hours was not what we expected. The pier and beach were nice. Not what we had hoped for considering the cost.

So Lovely!
This was just the perfect little cottage. I loved the beautiful rugs and the outdoor furniture and fire pit. The kitchen and appliances are also really nice! Everything is so cozy and lovely. I can’t say anything negative, only a few helpful insights. The beach IS 1/2 block away, but it is not one where you can walk up to the water. You have to drive about 20 minutes if you want to walk in the sand and feel the ocean, which was a tad bit disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker. Pacifica is a quaint little town that we really enjoyed coming home to at the end of a busy day in the city.
