"The accommodations were lovely. There was a few stains on our sheets, which is a bit disappointing and they did ask for tips for the cleaning staff which is odd because you’re already paying to stay there. There was alarms that kept going off in the middle of the night somewhere outside the property, which was very annoying and kept us up most the night but when we did call the front desk, they said they’re gonna send someone to deal with it. It turned off a couple times and then it’ll go back...

"Unfortunately hotels.com couldn’t cancel the reservation and I was forced to stay ina dirty room which I had to clean for breathing was difficult for the amount of dust and the wet dog smellzm.he floor was so nasty. I also had to clean it. I informed the owner or manager or owner and I was ignored. An apology would have been nice. I don’t recommend this place unless it’s cleaned."
